Return Policy

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you must e-mail us or call us within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Someone will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your e-mail. In your e-mail, you must include all of the following information:

  • first and last name on the order
  • shipping address
  • invoice #
  • problem description
  • note your request for an RA (Return Authorization) number

Please follow the instructions clearly. In most cases, we can resolve any issues without returning the product. We wish to resolve these issue quickly and effectively so we ask you to follow these steps:

Once you have received your RA#, you must do the following:

Repack item as it was received by you and in original box and include all the literature/manuals and blank warranty cards. Make sure the item is packed tightly, well protected and double boxed.

Include a detailed letter of explanation. Include name, address, daytime phone number, item #, product description and return authorization within the letter. Missing details in your letter could delay or deny your requested return.

Send a copy of your original invoice.

Note: Please save all the receipts and tracking numbers. Orders must be shipped to Southern Advantage within 48 hours of receiving the Return Authorization #.

What information we collect

We welcome you to visit our site often. We do not collect any information while you visit or browse our site, should you choose not to log in or register.

When you choose to place an order with us, you are invited to log in (optional), so that we can identify who you are. As a newcomer, it will be suggested that you register for future identification. Placing an order

When you decide to place an order, you are asked to complete an order form. The order form requires your name, billing and shipping address, credit card number and expiration date. You should also include other information fields such as your telephone number, to allow us to contact you regarding your order if necessary.
